I am new to Lagree. Should I take a private lesson first?
TransFORM does NOT require your first class to be a private lesson.  Our classes will accommodate all fitness levels.  Our certified trainers will explain the M3 machine to you prior to the beginning of class and coach you through the class giving you appropriate modifications that suit your fitness level.  However, if you do suffer from any sever injuries or chronic back pain, we do recommend a private session. What should I bring to class?

For Lagree classes, we require all clients to wear grip socks for safety reasons.  If you do not own a pair, you are able to purchase them at the studio.  As you know, staying hydrated is so important to not only maintain a healthy lifestyle, but also to maximize your performance in our classes, so be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your workouts.  Filtered water is available at the studio and we sell bottled water. Absolutely no cell phones during class. If you need to use your phone, please excuse yourself from the class to do so.  We also appreciate you avoiding strong perfumes as some clients are allergic and sensitive to smells while working out.

How often should I take class?

It is highly recommended to combine strength training (Lagree) and cardio (climbing) to achieve the best results. Lagree is designed to work your body to muscle failure--at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. We believe in rest and recovery; your body needs it. Each week--even each day--your body will feel differently.  Listen to, and honor your body!

Will my spot be given away if I am late?

Yes!  It is important to be on time. Please try to arrive to class a few minutes early. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled class time, your spot may be given to someone who is waiting. Be sure to sign in so we know you are present.

If you are NEW to class, you MUST arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. All new members must go through a walk-through of either the M3 or the Versa Climber, where your instructor will explain the machine, proper set-up and safety of the machine. If you are new, and unable to arrive 10 minutes before the class, we cannot allow you to use the machine. Your safety is our top priority and we want to ensure you are ready to use it

What happens if I miss class, or need to cancel?
Need to cancel? No problem; we understand life happens and we can’t always make it. To avoid a fee, you must cancel prior to 12 hours of your scheduled class time. If you cancel WITHIN 12 hours of your scheduled class time, you will be assessed a late cancel fee of $15.00, however will NOT have to forfeit your class. By cancelling out of class per our late cancel policy, you are allowing another client to sign up and join the class. If you do not cancel your class, and do not show up for your scheduled class, you will forfeit your class and will be assessed a No Show fee of $25.00. Even if you are late cancelling please consider cancelling as early as possible so that someone else is able to sign up for class. All cancellations can be done online. Please log into your mindbody account from your computer or mobile device. Please Note: There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Please make sure you read all of our Policies prior to signing up for class so you are aware of fees that can be incurred
What is the best method of contacting Transform if I have a question?

Please feel free to contact us by telephone during studio hours. If we are unable to answer, simply leave us a voicemail, or send us an email at info@transformcolorado.com and we will get back to you shortly. We also recommend that our clients become familiar with our automated booking system.  It is the easiest, fastest and most accurate way to book classes. The Mindbody app is available for download for a smartphone or tablet, which makes booking your classes even more quick and convenience

How do I schedule a Private or Duo Private session?

You may purchase private, and duo private sessions through MindBody. Next, send us an email info@transformcolorado.com  with details with when you would like to book your private/duo session, and we will confirm with you ASAP.

Where should I park?

Street parking is a good option if you can find it.

Do you have towels?

We have towels available for purchase to use at $1 per class, or you can join our towel subscription program which is $8 dollars a month for unlimited towel usage. If neither of these options appeal to you, please bring your own towel, you will sweat and be glad that you have it.

How do I terminate a monthly reoccurring membership?

To cancel any auto-renew membership (which has completely fulfilled it's min monthly commitment) a 48 hour notice IN WRITING via email (info@transformcolorado.com) is required (there are ZERO exceptions to this rule)
